Wigz4lessonline.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order size.
Wigz4lessonline.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you so we make an effort to process your orders quickly within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and delivery takes 2-6 business days. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery.We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns within 7 days from delivery date. Items such as clearance items and Braided wigs are not eligible for return. In the event that you wish to return your purchase, please follow our instructions or your request for return will be denied.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll process your request and once it's been authorized, we'll email you an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box, or the package will be refused. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the shipping carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.If returned items are not same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge.Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item(s).
